Terms of Condition

These terms govern your use of zevoragt.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by, registered at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“ZEVORA”, “we”, “us”).

By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Products

Our products are natural materials. Colour, viscosity and scent intensity can vary slightly between batches, and this is not a defect.
Photographs are taken under studio lighting. Actual colour may differ from what you see on your screen.
Products are for external use only. They are not food, medicine, or a treatment for any condition.
If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, test on a small area first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Some items are produced in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
If a price or product detail is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed unless cash on delivery is selected.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

the item is out of stock;
we cannot verify payment or the delivery address;
we suspect fraud or misuse of the site; or
the order appears to be for resale without our written agreement.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery to other countries may be available on request.
Estimated delivery is [X–Y] working days within the UAE. Estimates are not guarantees.
Delays caused by the courier, weather, customs or public holidays are outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available after +971 50 681 6112 attempts, any re-delivery cost may be charged to you.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

8. Intellectual property

The ZEVORA name, logo, product names, photography, text and site design belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with the brand. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity, or for any allergic reaction where the product was used contrary to the instructions or warnings provided.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where it is caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil disruption, epidemics, government action, strikes, or failure of utilities or transport networks.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
